Is the installation cost included in the price?The installation cost of the system is included in the price, however if you need to upgrade your electrical panel, install solar, connect to existing solar system there will be additional costs associated. Contact us for these cases and we can provide a quote for the installation and augmentation.

What is your return policy?Anbro's return policy is available for the first (6) months of ownership. If you're are not completely satisfied with the performance or overall savings you're getting from your purchase we will accept a return. Your return would include the total amount minus $3,000. The $3,000 covers the electrical installation and any permits that are typically required by your city or county.

How much can I anticipate to save over the 10 year warranty period?On average we are seeing a single family home in San Diego County save $10.2k after payback of equipment over a 10 year period. Keep in mind this is an average and potential savings are subject to usage, billing plan, location among other factors.

If I don't have anymore space in my existing electrical panel, is a subpanel included in the price?No. If a separate subpanel is required per the National Electric Code or your State Electrical Code then there is an additional $1,500 installation cost for time and materials.

Are HOA Approvals and City Permits included in the cost?Yes. The cost of installation includes any fees that maybe incurred from: HOA Approval, City Permits and Inspections.

I already have Solar. Can we connect it to this Energy Storage System (ESS)?Yes your existing solar system can be connected as long as its size doesn't exceed the specification limits of the hybrid inverter installed. Most systems that are deployed on a roof will not exceed this limitation. To understand which inverters and sizes are available please contact us to discuss your specific setup.
